Swakupmund
A coastal adventure city and seaside resort with a heavy German influence and a population of 35,000, Swakupmund has a coast that is much cooler than inland because of icy cold ocean water and dense morning fog. Often cool and misty, it’s a popular holiday destination around Christmastime when Namibians come to escape the heat of the interior.
