When Should I Go?
Because of Argentina’s elongated geography, the climate is very diverse.
- Summer: from December through February; the weather is hot and humid in Buenos Aires, making it the best time for the beaches
- Winter: from June through August; this is the best time to visit the ski resorts
- North: Subtropical, with rain throughout the year; the North is best visited from May through September when the humidity is lower
- Central: Temperate; the weather can be hot and humid during summer and cool in winter
- South: Sub-arctic; the South is best visited in the summer
