Why Travel Beyond
I have been passionate about travel for as long as I can remember. I believe experiencing new destinations and cultures is one of the most important things a person can do to understand the world we are living in and gain a greater appreciation of the beauty of nature and people all around the world. I wanted to work with Travel Beyond because I am passionate about sustainability and conservation. Travel Beyond works with ecofriendly vendors. I believe travel is the perfect way to learn about the earth’s natural beauty and can spark a passion for conservation in any traveler. Travel Beyond, using ecofriendly vendors, combines conservation and a love for travel that can help to educate travelers while giving them an amazing experience they will not forget.

Most Memorable Travel Experience
My most memorable travel experience was getting the chance to visit Machu Picchu in Peru. It is one of my goals to visit the 7 Wonders of the New World, and Machu Picchu is one of them. Seeing this amazing area in person is breathtaking. Not only being able to walk around the site but to also learn about the culture of the people who lived there is such an amazing experience. This trip was actually planned for my family through Travel Beyond, and the overall trip was an amazing experience. Each city we visited around Peru made me love the country more and more.
My Most Recent Trip
In January 2018, I visited Spain and Portugal for a little over a month’s time. I visited Porto, Guimaraes, Braga and Lisbon in Portugal, and I visited Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and lived in an apartment for three weeks in Alicante, taking a class about human interaction with the environment in the Mediterranean.
