ABOUT THE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC RESOLUTION
The National Geographic Resolution, named after Captain James Cook’s second voyage, is a top-tier ice-class vessel (PC5 Category A) designed for exploration. Its patented X-Bow ensures a smooth, quiet ride in all conditions. With a capacity of just 138 guests, the ship prioritizes expedition quality over scale. Luxuriously designed with Scandinavian-inspired interiors, it features expansive windows for breathtaking views and a range of expedition tools for exploration. All cabins are outward-facing, featuring large windows and modern amenities such as climate control, multiple electrical and USB outlets, a television, barometer and more. Bathrooms offer rain showers and luxury products, and beds have luxury linens and pillows, ensuring comfort throughout your journey. A highlight aboard is sleeping in one of the ship’s “igloos.” These domes are on the observation deck and are available to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Explore protected bays and fjords, where you can kayak among glittering icebergs and towering mountains. Dive deeper into the Arctic’s mysteries with footage from the ship’s remotely operated vehicle, revealing the hidden world 1,000 feet below the surface.
