Last month, our consultants reflected upon the past year of travel and the many places they visited to build their destination knowledge. This month, we highlight a few of the many destinations our consultants will explore in 2016. And while most of our clients plan travel months in advance, our own educational trips tend to pop up quickly, so stay tuned for updates on the many new places our team will explore this year!
March
Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe
Featuring: A comprehensive tour of 46 (!) safari camps in the Okavango Delta and Linyanti in Botswana, including a mobile tent experience. Following their time in Botswana, part of the group will visit the Zimbabwe side of Victoria Falls before ending in Cape Town, South Africa.

Botswana
Featuring: Northern Botswana’s greater Chobe region including Chobe National Park and surrounding concessions like Linyanti, Kwando & Selinda, known for large elephant herds. Next, they’ll visit the immense Okavango Delta for a variety of both water and land camps, both inside the Moremi Game Reserve and in private concessions. This trip ends in the Makgadikgadi Pans, inspecting properties, visiting meerkats and, with any luck, a chance to explore the pans on 4-wheel drive quad bikes.

Featuring: The highlights of Peru, including the vibrant capital of Lima, the Incan history of Cuzco, the spirituality of the Sacred Valley, the iconic Machu Picchu and a 3-night cruise down the Amazon River!

Australia
Featuring: The capital of Adelaide, the renowned Barossa Valley wine region, the gorgeous Flinders Ranges National Park, exotic wildlife on Kangaroo Island, the artistic history of Hobart, Cradle Mountain’s breathtaking wilderness, oceanfront Freycinet National Park in Tasmania and bustling Sydney.

Tanzania
Featuring: A variety of game reserves and safari camps in Tanzania, from a coffee lodge in Arusha to safari camps in Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Katavi National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, Grumeti Reserve and more before retreating to the Mahale Mountains for an exciting chimpanzee trek.
